Pricing
What this costs, and how we get to the number
We do not publish a rate card, because the honest answer to what an engagement costs depends on what we find. Here is how the number gets arrived at, so you can decide whether to start a conversation.
How it works
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them
1. Audit
A paid diagnostic of your engine end to end. You get the findings whether or not you work with us, and they are yours to act on however you like.
2. Scope
The findings become a proposal with defined outcomes and a fixed price for the build. No open-ended hourly work.
3. Build
Implementation against that scope. Priced as a project, because the work has a beginning and an end.
4. Retain, if it earns it
Ongoing work only where there is ongoing work to do. Some clients finish at step three and that is a good outcome, not a lost one.
What moves the number
Three things, in roughly this order of impact. The state of your data, because a clean migration and a five-year-old CRM nobody has maintained are different jobs. How many systems have to talk to each other, since every integration is a thing to build and then to keep working. And whether the process exists, because designing how you sell takes longer than configuring a platform around a process you already have.
What does not move it much is company size. A focused team with clean data is often a faster engagement than a larger one with three CRMs and no agreement on which is authoritative.
Common questions
Why not just publish prices?
Because the ranges are wide enough that a published number would mislead in both directions. We would rather quote something we can stand behind after seeing your setup than post a figure designed to get you on a call.
Is the audit really paid?
Yes, and deliberately. A free audit is a sales pitch with a report attached, and it is priced accordingly in what comes after. Paying for it means the findings are the deliverable and they belong to you.
Do you work on retainer or per project?
Both, and we will tell you which fits. Implementation is a project. Embedded work such as ongoing RevOps or paid media management is monthly, because the work genuinely recurs.
Do you resell HubSpot licences?
Yes, as a Gold tier Solutions Partner. Licence cost is separate from services and you will always see them itemised rather than blended into one figure.
What if the audit says we do not need you?
Then it says that. It happens, and it is a better outcome than selling a build that was not warranted.
Start with the audit
It is the only step that has to come first, and the findings are yours either way.
