Sell the same way twice
A proposal production system and a stage-gated sales asset library, so the quality of a deal does not depend on which rep picked it up or how much time they had that week.
What gets built
The system, not a template pack
This is the system we run our own sales on, productized for your team and your subdomain.
Proposal pages
Hosted proposal pages rather than emailed PDFs, so you can see what was opened, when, and by whom, and the deal record updates itself.
Brief and guide pages
The supporting assets a buyer needs between meetings, on your own domain, in your own brand.
Stage-gated asset library
The right asset available at the right stage, so reps stop rebuilding collateral and start reusing it.
Capture wired to the CRM
Form capture that writes straight to the correct CRM properties, so a response moves the deal instead of landing in an inbox.
Built on what we use ourselves
We did not design this as a product and then look for buyers. It is the system RomandaMedia runs its own proposals on, which means it has been through the failure modes already: the capture method that quietly cannot write a dropdown, the emailed PDF nobody can track, the asset library that goes stale because nobody owns it.
Common questions
Is this just templates?
No. Templates are the visible part. What makes it work is the capture wiring, the CRM properties behind it, and the stage gating that decides what a rep sees when. Templates without that are a folder nobody opens.
Does this need HubSpot?
The version we build is HubSpot-native, because that is where the deal record and the reporting live. The pattern is portable, but the value comes from it being wired to your CRM rather than sitting beside it.
Who runs it after handover?
Your team. Part of the build is making sure it is maintainable by the people who will own it, rather than dependent on us.
See where your sales process leaks
The audit covers the sales engine alongside marketing and service, because that is usually where the leak actually is.
