A website that captures, not just one that looks right

Most sites are built to be looked at. This one is built to capture, route, and record. Conversion-ready pages on HubSpot CMS, wired into the CRM from the first form so nothing arrives anonymous.

What this covers

Build and capture, as one piece of work

Conversion-ready build

Design and development on HubSpot CMS, structured so your team can edit pages without opening a ticket and without breaking the layout.

Conversion paths and lead capture

Forms, landing pages, and thank-you flows that write to the CRM correctly, so a lead arrives attached to a contact rather than as an email in someone's inbox.

Migration

Moving an existing site onto HubSpot without losing URLs, rankings, or the pages other systems already link to.

A theme you can reuse

A token-driven theme rather than one-off page markup, so a brand change is a set of values and not a rebuild.

We ran this on ourselves first

This site is the worked example. RomandaMedia moved off a marketplace theme onto a theme we built, at the same URLs, with the legal pages held at their original slugs because they were already cited in a live compliance filing.

That matters more than a portfolio shot. Migrations break in the boring places: a redirect nobody mapped, a form that silently stops writing to the CRM, a page that publishes clean and 404s anyway. Having hit those on our own site is why the checklist exists.

Common questions

Do we have to move to HubSpot CMS?

No. Conversion paths and lead capture can be built against a site hosted elsewhere, as long as the tracking code can be installed. HubSpot CMS makes the CRM connection simpler and the editing experience better, so it is usually the recommendation, but it is a recommendation rather than a requirement.

Will a migration cost us our search rankings?

It should not, and the way you protect against it is unglamorous: inventory every live URL before anything moves, map each one to its destination, and verify the redirects resolve after the switch. Rankings are lost when that mapping is done from memory rather than from a crawl.

Can our team edit pages afterwards?

Yes, and that is a build decision rather than a training one. Pages composed from modules with real editable fields can be changed safely. Pages built as one block of custom markup cannot, whatever the training says.

Who does the design?

We do, working from your brand if one exists and building the system if it does not. For larger builds we bring in specialist partners, and you will always know who is doing what before the work starts.
