How we work
Onboarding that ends with the team actually using it
HubSpot onboarding usually ends when the checklist is complete. That is not the same as adoption. This ends when the work runs in the platform.
What this covers
What the engagement covers
Configured around your process
The pipeline, properties, and lifecycle stages reflect how you actually sell, rather than the demo data everybody starts with.
Data in cleanly
Import once, deduplicated, with a model decided before the records arrive rather than repaired afterwards.
The team trained on their own data
Training on your pipeline and your records, because generic training does not survive contact with a real Monday.
A defined finish
Agreed criteria for what done means, so onboarding does not quietly become an open-ended engagement.
Guided or customised
HubSpot offers guided onboarding and customised implementation, and they suit different situations. Guided fits a team with a working process that needs the platform set up around it. Customised fits a business whose process has to be designed, or whose data and integrations make the setup genuinely non-trivial.
The wrong choice is expensive in both directions: over-buying wastes budget, under-buying produces a portal nobody trusts.
Common questions
We already bought onboarding from HubSpot.
Then the question is whether it covered configuration or only orientation. Partner onboarding can pick up from there rather than duplicating it.
How long does it take?
Weeks rather than months for a straightforward setup. The variable is almost always data and integrations, not HubSpot itself.
What if our process is not documented?
Common, and it is part of the work. Documenting it is usually where most of the value shows up.
Start with the audit
The audit looks at your engine end to end and shows where it is losing revenue today.
